摘 要:建立了一种基于纸芯片的黄酮类化合物含量快速检测新方法.黄酮类化合物与NaNO_(2)-Al(NO_(3))_(3)-NaOH在纸芯片上反应显红色,采用手机拍照记录结果,PhSp_CS2软件分析色度值.ρ(黄酮类化合物)=0.0588~0.2940mg/mL,显色强度RGB值和ρ(芦丁)呈良好的线性关系.该方法日内重复性为1.44%,日间重复性为1.71%,平均加标回收率为99.44%.采用该方法对刺蒺藜提取液ρ(总黄酮)进行测定,与分光光度法检测结果符合较好.该方法快速、准确、简单,适用于ρ(总黄酮)测定.A new method for rapid determination of flavonoids was developed based on a microfluidic paper-based analytical device through colorimetric analysis.Here,NaOH is loaded in the round paper chip firstly.Flavonoids react with Al^(3+)that subsequently changes in base to form the red complex.The changes in color intensity were recorded using a common cell phone and subsequently analyzed using PhSp_CS2 software.A linear regression of the color intensity RGB and the rutin concentration was obtained with a linear range of 0.0588 to 0.2940 mg/mL,and relative standard deviation(RSD)of 1.44%(inter-day)and 1.71%(intra-day)for paper chips.The effects of detection conditions have been investigated and are discussed.The extracst of Tribulus terrestris samples were detected.The results obtained are consistent with the spectrophotometry method.The work demonstrates the potential of this method as a low sample cost and rapid colorimetric technique to detect flavonoids.
