摘 要:选用γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-570)、双-(γ-三乙氧基硅基丙基)四硫化物(Si-69)、异丙基二硬脂酰氧基铝酸酯(Al-60)三种改性剂对电气石粉进行了湿法改性,通过机械共混法制备了天然橡胶/电气石粉复合材料。利用无转子硫化仪、万能拉力试验机、动态热分析仪和扫描电镜等对复合材料的硫化性能、物理机械性能、动态力学性能和微观结构进行了研究。结果表明,三种改性剂均能与电气石粉表面成功接枝改性。KH-570和Al-60改性剂能使胶料的焦烧时间延长,正硫化时间缩短。使用Al-60改性的效果最好,胶料的300%定伸应力、拉伸强度和撕裂强度分别提升了127%、38%和17.4%。Tourmaline was modified using wet modification withγ-methacryloyloxypropyl trimethoxysilane,bis-(γ-triethoxysilylpropyl)tetrasulfide and isopropyl distearoyloxyaluminate as modifiers.The natural rubber/tourmaline composites were prepared by mechanical blending.The vulcanization properties,physical and mechanical properties,dynamic mechanical properties and microstructure of the composites were studied by using rotorless vulcanizer,universal tensile testing machine,dynamic thermal analyzer and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that the three modifiers could be successfully grafted to the surface of tourmaline.The KH-570 and Al-60 modifiers could prolong the scorch time and shorten the curing time.The effect of modification with Al-60 was the best,and the 300%tensile stress,tensile strength and tear strength of the compounds were increased by 127%,38%and 17.4%,respectively.
