摘  要:以丙烯酸酯类和聚醚胺为原料采用迈克尔加成合成一种韧性固化剂,通过生成物混合体系的黏度变化来确定体系反应时间和反应温度,采用傅里叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、核磁共振氢谱(1H-NMR)和高效质谱仪(HRMS)对产物结构进行表征,测试其与环氧树脂固化物的力学性能并观察拉伸断面形貌,通过同步热分析(TGA)测试固化物热稳定性。结果表明,迈克尔加成法成功将柔性链段接入固化剂,反应温度为70℃,反应时间为3 h,经改性后的固化物断裂伸长率提高了近10倍,可达66.62%,断面呈现贝壳纹理,表现出明显的韧性断裂特征,热稳定性稍有降低,耐腐蚀性能提高。Using acrylates and polyetheramines as raw materials,a tough curing agent was synthesized by Michael addition.The reaction time and reaction temperature of the system were determined by the viscosity change of the resulting mixed system.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance and high performance mass spectrometry were used to characterize the structure of the product,and test the mechanical properties of the cured epoxy resin and observe the tensile cross-section morphology.Thermal stability of cured products was tested by simultaneous thermal analysis.The results showed that the flexible segment was successfully added to the curing agent by the Michael addition method.The reaction temperature was 70℃and the reaction time was 3 hour.The elongation at break of the modified cured product was increased by nearly 10 times,reaching 66.62%.The cross-section of the cured product had a shell texture,showing obvious ductile fracture characteristics,and its thermal stability was slightly reduced,and its corrosion resistance was improved.
