摘  要:通过在炭黑N234填充天然橡胶(NR)复合材料中添加不同份数的超级硅烷Si-747,研究了Si-747用量对材料性能的影响。结果表明,随着Si-747用量的增加,胶料的硫化速率明显加快;Si-747能够降低体系中炭黑的聚集,并增强炭黑/NR橡胶之间的相互作用,促进结合橡胶的形成;添加Si-747后NR胶料的撕裂强度和耐疲劳性能明显改善,300%定伸应力降低,Si-747的最佳用量在1.5份左右;Si-747的加入有利于提高炭黑填充NR体系胎面胶的抗湿滑性,但对降低滚动阻力不利。Effect of super silane Si-747 dosage on the properties of the material was studied by adding Si-747 to carbon black N234 filled NR composites.The results show that with the increase of Si-747 dosage,the curing rate of the compound is obviously accelerated.Si-747 can reduce the aggregation of carbon black in the system,and enhance the interaction between carbon black/NR rubber and promote the formation of bonded rubber.After adding Si-747,the tear strength and fatigue resistance of the NR compound are obviously improved,and the stress at 300%elongatio is reduced.The optimum amount of Si-747 is about 1.5 parts.The addition of Si-747 is beneficial to the wet skid resistance of carbon black filled NR system tread compounds,but it is not good for reducing rolling resistance.
