摘 要:研究了苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(SBS)改性沥青性能随存储时间延长的变化规律,通过离析软化点差、复数模量(G)、相位角(δ)、变形恢复率等指标评价SBS改性沥青存储稳定性,结合傅里叶转变红外光谱(FTIR)探究SBS改性沥青存储过程中各组成部分的变化规律。结果表明,SBS改性沥青随存储时间延长会发生离析,顶部样品弹性增大,变形量减小,力学行为呈现橡胶弹性;底部样品弹性降低,变形量增大,力学行为与基质沥青相似。SBS改性剂和基质沥青红外特征峰面积变化规律对SBS改性沥青性能实验结果起到很好的补充与解释。同时建议测量SBS改性剂含量时应避免由于离析所导致的实验误差。Researching on influence of storage time to styrene butadiene styrene copolymer(SBS)modified asphalt properties,the thermal storage stability of SBS modified asphalt was evaluated by segregation softening point difference,complex modulus,phase angle and deformation recovery rate indicators,and the change law of each component in the storage process of SBS modified asphalt was analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The trial results showed that with the extension of storage time,SBS modified asphalt was segregated.Mechanical properties of SBS modifed asphalt top sample were increased elasticity and decreased deformation,and the rubber elasticity was presented.Mechanical properties of SBS modified asphalt bottom sample were decreased elasticity and increased deformation,and similar to matrix asphalt.The change law of SBS modified asphalt performances was reflected by SBS modifier and matrix asphlt infrared characteristic peak area.At the same time,it was suggested that the measuring error of SBS modifier content being caused by segregation should be avoided.
