唑来膦酸注射液对老年骨质疏松性腰背痛的治疗有效率、腰背痛症状评分分析

摘　　要：目的评价分析老年骨质疏松性腰背痛患者接受唑来膦酸注射液治疗后的治疗有效率情况以及腰背痛症状评分变化情况.方法随机选取廉江市人民医院2019年6月-2020年6月期间收治的100例骨质疏松性腰背痛老年患者为本次临床对照研究对象,以随机数字表法作为本次研究分组工具,分成对照组(n=50例)与观察组(n=50例),入院后两组患者均接受基础检查,对照组给予静脉滴注生理盐水、口服药物(碳酸钙D3片、阿法骨化醇片、阿仑膦酸钠片)治疗,观察组给予唑来膦酸注射液、口服药物(布洛芬缓释胶囊、骨化三醇软胶囊)治疗,对比两组患者治疗有效率,并以视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估治疗前后腰背痛症状评分.结果观察组治疗总有效率90.00%(45/50),高于对照组的74.00%(37/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗前两组翻身痛、静息痛、前屈后伸痛评分无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组患者翻身痛(3.08±1.13)分、静息痛(2.18±0.79)分、前屈后伸痛评分(1.87±0.51)分均低于对照组的(4.97±2.33)分、(3.62±1.87)分、(2.37±1.63)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论针对老年骨质疏松性腰背痛使用唑来膦酸注射液可获取较为理想的治疗效果,有效减轻患者疼痛症状,缓解不适,满足现代临床生物-心理-社会医学模式需要,具备临床推广价值.Objective To evaluate and analyze the effective rate and symptom scoref olow back pain in elderly patients with osteoporoti c low back pain after receiving zoledronic acid injectionM.ethods 100 elderly patients with osteoporotic low back pain treated n iour hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were randomly selected as the subjects of this clinical control study.The control group(n=50)and the observation group(n=50)were formed with the grouping tool of random number table method.After admission,both groups of patients underwent basic examination,and the control group was given inrtavenous drip of normal saline and oral drugs.The observation rogup was treated with zoledronic acid injection and oral drugs(ibupronf esustained-release capsule and calcitriol soft capsule).The effective rates of the two groups were compared,and the symptom scores of lowa cbk pain before and after treatment were evaluated by visual alnogue scale(VAS).Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.00%45(/50).There was no significant difference in the scores of rolling pain,resting pain and flexion and extension pain between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the scores of rolling pain(3.08±1.13),resting pain(2.18±0.79)and flexion and extension pain(1.87±0.51)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(4.97±2.33)and(3.62±1.87)points,(2.37±1.63),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclus ion Zoledronic acid injection can obtain ideal therapeutic effect for senile osteoporotic low back pain,effectively reduce patients'pain symptoms,relieve discomfort,meet the needs of modern clinical biological psychological social medicine model,and has clinical promotion value.
