摘　　要：目的比较在高原地区无痛人流麻醉中采用苯磺酸瑞马唑仑与丙泊酚的应用效果及对血流动力学的影响.方法选取2020年9月-2021年12月青海红十字医院收治的无痛人流患者共计70例,根据随机摸球法分成观察组(n=35)与对照组(n=35),对照组采用丙泊酚麻醉,观察组采用苯磺酸瑞马唑仑麻醉,对两组麻醉效果、血流动力学及不良反应进行比较.结果观察组的起效时间较对照组明显更长(P<0.05),苏醒时间、离室时间较对照组明显更短(P<0.05);麻醉后两组心率(HR)、脉搏血氧饱和度(SPO2)、平均动脉压(MAP)明显降低(P<0.05),但观察组较对照组明显更高(P<0.05);观察组(5.71%)的不良反应发生率较对照组(28.57%)明显更低(P<0.05).结论苯磺酸瑞马唑仑应用于高原地区无痛人流麻醉中相较于丙泊酚可提高麻醉效果,缩短清醒时间及离室时间,对血流动力学的影响小,同时可以减少不良反应的发生.Objective To compare the effect and hemodynamics of remazolam benesulfoante and propofol in painless induced abortion anesthesia in plateau area.Methods To choose between September 2020 and December 2021,a total o7f0 patients with painless abortion of the Red Cross in qinghai's hospitals,according to the random touch ball method is divided into observation group(n=35)and control group(n=35),control group using propofol anesthesia,observation group using benzene sulfonic acid red horse azole shimron anesthesia,on two groups of anesthesia effect,hemodynamics and adverse reactoin were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the onset time of the observation group was significantly longer(P<0.05),and the waking time and leaving time were significantly shorter(P<0.05).After anesthesia,the heart rate(HR),pulse oxygen saturation(SPO2)and mean arterial pressure(MAP)of the two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),but the observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adr in the observation group(5.71%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(28.57%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with propofol,remazolam benzenesulfonate can improve the anesthetice ffect,shorten the awake time and the time out of the chambera,vhe little influence on hemodynamics,and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions.
