摘　　要：目的探讨品管圈管理在腹泻型肠易激综合征中西医结合整体护理中的应用效果.方法选取2020年3月-11月该院消化科门诊腹泻型肠易激患者80例,其中品管圈实施前后各40例,对实施品管圈活动前后患者疾病知晓率及患者满意度进行分析和比较,进一步提高管理效果.结果实施后患者疾病知晓率(95%)明显优于实施前(75%),存在统计学意义(P<0.05);实施后患者满意度达97.5%,显著高于实施前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论通过品管圈活动的实施,能促进患者疾病知晓率,提高患者满意度.Objective To explore the application effect of quality control circle iinntegrated nursing of traditional Chinese and wester n medicine for diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.Methods Selected 80 patients with diarrhea-type irritable bowel diseaes from March to November 2020 in the outpatient department of t hgeastroenterology department of this hospital,including 40 casse before and after the implementation of the quality control circle,anda nalyzed the disease awareness rate and patient satisfaction bfeore and after the implementation of the quality control circle activiteis.comparison,and further improve the management effect.Results The disease awareness rate(95%)of patients after implementation was significantly higher than that before implementation(75%),with statistical significance(P<0.05);after implementation,patient satisfaction reached 97.5%,which was significantly higher than before implementation,and the difference was statistically significan t(P<0.05).Conclusion Through the implementation of quality control circle activities,it can promote the awareness rate of patients'disease and improve patient satisfaction.
