摘　　要：复苏河湖生态环境是推动新阶段水利高质量发展的重要路径之一。文章详述依托河湖长制的制度优势,通过压实主体责任、推进地方水行政主管部门(河长办)协调协作等措施,以维护河湖健康为主要目标,确保复苏河湖生态环境任务措施落地见效。Restoring the ecological environment of rivers and lakes is one of the important measures for high-quality development of the water sector in the new stage.This paper holds that we should give play to the institutional advantages of the River and Lake Chief System,and put in place measures includingclarifying main responsibilities and promoting the coordination and cooperation of local water administration departments(river chief offices),in order to maintain the health of rivers and lakes,and ensure that measures for restoring the ecological environment of rivers and lakes are effective.
