摘　　要：质量检验是工程质量控制的有效手段和重要环节,质量检验规则不仅事关能否起到控制工程质量的作用,还事关发包人、承包人的风险水平和检验成本。文章在梳理水利工程单元验收系列标准有关质量检验规定的基础上,分析了引入计数抽样的必要性和可行性,以及对引入后的思考。Quality inspection is an effective means and important link of project quality control.Quality inspection rules are not only related to project quality control,but also to the risk level and inspection cost of contract-offering parties and contractors.This paper sorts out relevant quality inspection regulations in acceptance standards of water project units,and analyzes the necessity,feasibility of and reflections after introducing counting sampling in the acceptance criteria of water project units.
