利用VAR模型分析渔业第二、三产业对第一产业的影响

摘　　要：党的十九大报告中对农村相关产业高质量、高水平发展和农村产业结构优化升级作出了重要指示,以提升经营主体的创新性和促进农民增收为目标。农村三次产业融合发展是实现农业高质量发展的重要举措。利用VAR模型对我国渔业经济发展过程中二、三产业的发展以及对渔业第一产业的影响进行了研究,结果表明:以水产品流通服务业为主的第三产业对渔业第一产业存在着正向的影响关系,但影响程度较小,基本在10%左右;以水产品加工业为代表的第二产业对渔业第一产业的影响程度相对较高,达36%左右。由此可见,渔业三次产业之间存在着互为影响的关系,且渔业三次产业的融合发展将极大地促进渔业经济的高质量发展。The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China made important instructions on the high-quality and high-level development of rural related industries and the optimization and upgrading of rural industrial structure,with the goal of improving the innovation of business entities and increasing farmers'income.The integrated development of the three rural industries is an important measure to achieve high-quality agricultural development.This paper uses the VAR model to study the development of secondary and tertiary industries in the development of China's fishery economy and the impact on the primary fishery industry.The results show that the tertiary industry,which is dominated by aquatic product circulation services,has a positive impact on the primary fishery industry,but the degree of impact is relatively small,basically about 10%;the secondary industry represented by aquatic product processing industry has a relatively high impact on the primary fishery industry,reaching about 36%.It can be seen that there is an interactive relationship among the three fishery industries,and the integrated development of the three fishery industries will greatly promote the high-quality development of fishery economy.
