摘  要:基于目前国内天然气输气干线输差的实际情况,首次提出了天然气管网系统不平衡度并以该指标对天然气管网系统的输差进行量化。同时,首次提出了基于多源数据的计量系统管控技术,从保障计量基础数据精度、开展计量相关设备的运行趋势一致性验证、及使用高斯积分法验证核心计量设备的计量不确定性等多维度,以确保系统不平衡度处于可控的精度范围内。在实际天然气管道验证表明,系统的不平衡度小于千分之2。Based on the actual situation of the lost account volume for domestic natural gas pipeline, the term "system imbalance" of the natural gas pipeline is proposed for the first time and used to quantify the lost account level of the system. Further, the measurement system control technology based on multi-source data is firstly presented. The technology can ensure that the system imbalance is within a controllable accuracy range by verifying the accuracy of the fundamental measurement data, carrying out the consistency verification of the operation trend of the measurement-related instruments, and using the Gaussian related method to verify the measurement uncertainty of the crucial measurement instruments. The verification in the actual natural gas pipeline shows that the system imbalance is less than 0.2%.
