摘  要:针对某燃煤电厂各磨煤机入口风压不均、流量偏差大,造成B、E磨煤机通风量少,煤粉管道堵塞频繁的问题,通过对一次热风道数值模拟计算优化,并对一次风管道进行改造。结果表明:改造后进入每台磨煤机的一次风量均匀,降低了一次热风管网的通风阻力,B、E磨煤机通风量增加,煤粉管道堵塞问题彻底消除。锅炉A一次风机和B一次风机出口风压分别降低462 pa和401 pa,一次风机A和一次风机B电流下降5.35 A和3.78 A,节能效果明显。Numerical simulation calculation of the primary hot air duct and transformation of the primary air duct to solve the problem of uneven air pressure at the inlet of each coal mill in a coal-fired power plant, large flow deviation, low ventilation volume of B and E coal mills, and frequent pulverized coal ducts blocked.The results show that the primary air volume entering each coal mill is uniform after the transformation, which reduces the ventilation resistance of the primary hot air pipe network, increases the ventilation volume of the B and E coal mills, and completely eliminates the problem of pulverized coal pipeline blockage. The wind pressure at the outlet of the primary fan of boiler A and primary fan B is reduced by 462pa and 401pa, respectively, and the current of primary fan A and primary fan B is decreased by 5.35A and 3.78A, and the energy saving effect is obvious.
