摘 要:以某矿区的高应力软岩巷道施工为例,介绍了巷道断面形状优化与修复支护技术的应用技巧。选择中空注浆锚索进行巷道断面修复,浆材选择水泥——水玻璃复合材料,并增加止浆塞防止冒浆、跑浆现象。对于新掘段巷道,将原拱形断面优化为结构更加稳定的梯形断面,并使用锚杆-锚索-钢塑网复合体系进行断面支护。在修复支护结束后,开展了巷道变形观测,结果表明随着巷道掘进深度的增加,巷道两侧与顶底板的变形量逐渐减小,并稳定在10 mm以内,达到了设计预期。Taking the construction of high-stress soft rock roadway in a mining area as an example, this paper introduces the application skills of roadway section shape optimization and repairing support technology.In this paper, hollow grouting anchor cable is selected to repair the roadway section. For the roadway of the newly excavated section, the original arch section is optimized into a trapezoidal section with a more stable structure, and the composite system of anchor rod-anchor cable-steel-plastic mesh is used for section support.After the repair and support, the roadway deformation observation was carried out. The results showed that with the increase of the roadway excavation depth, the deformation of the roadway sides and the roof and floor gradually decreased, and stabilized within 10mm, which met the design expectations.
