摘　　要：目的观察个体化Epley手法复位治疗后半规管良性阵发性位置性眩晕(PC-BPPV)的疗效。方法收集2018年6月至2020年6月在中国航天科工集团七三一医院确诊并经复位治疗的单侧PC-BPPV管结石症患者207例,分为试验组和对照组,分别采用个体化Epley手法和改良Epley手法进行复位,比较2组患者眩晕及眼震改良情况。结果对照组治愈和有效率98.2%,试验组治愈和有效率97.8%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后均无明显不良反应。结论个体化Epley手法复位和改良Epley手法复位对单侧PC-BPPV管结石症患者都具有较好治疗效果,实际治疗过程中,对躯体活动受限患者可使用个体化Epley手法复位。Objective To observe the effect of individualized Epley manual reduction in treating posterior semicircular canal benign paroxysmal positional vertigo(PC-BPPV).Methods A total of 207 patients with unilateral PC-BPPV duct calculi diagnosed and treated by reduction in the 731 Hospital of China Aerospace Science and Industry Group from June 2018 to June 2020 were collected and divided into the experimental group and the control group.The experimental group adopted the individualized Epley manual reduction,and the control group adopted the modified Epley manual reduction.The improvement situation of vertigo and nystagmus were compared between the two groups.Results The cure and effective rate was 98.2%in the control group and 97.8%in the experimental group,and the difference between the two groups had no statistical significance(P>0.05).No obvious adverse reactions after treatment occurred.Conclusion Both individualized Epley manual reduction and modified Epley manual reduction have good therapeutic effect on the patients with unilateral PC-BPPV duct calculi.In the actual treatment process,the individualized Epley manipulation can be used for the patients with limited physical activity.
