重庆某高校大一新生性病、艾滋病健康教育需求及咨询检测意愿调查

摘　　要：目的了解某高校新生性病、艾滋病健康教育现状和需求,以及相应咨询检测意愿,为高校形成有针对性的性病、艾滋病防控健康教育体系提供依据。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法,以自制的调查问卷对重庆市某高校825名大一新生进行匿名自填式问卷调查。结果825名大一新生中仅有17.5%的人认为自己已充分掌握了性病、艾滋病相关知识,且不同性别间差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.009,P=0.002)。目前,大一新生的性病、艾滋病知识主要来源于电视、报纸、广播等大众传媒,而来源于父母教育或自学的较少,电话咨询的最少。98.3%的大一新生认为学校应该从大一开始开展性病、艾滋病健康教育,并希望通过专题讲座、志愿者宣传、课堂教育、网络及微信等健康教育形式来获得相关知识。73.0%的大一新生表示在遇到性病或艾滋病困扰时,会通过正规医疗机构进行专业咨询和检测。结论重庆市某高校大一新生接受学校性病、艾滋病健康教育及咨询检测的需求和意愿较高,高校应注重健康教育形式多样化,提升咨询检测等综合防控能力。Objective To understand the current situation and demands of sexually transmitted diseases(STD)and acquired immune deficiency syndrome(AIDS)related health education among fresh students,and the corresponding willingness of consulting test of a certain university,to provide a basis for the formation of pertinent health education system for STD and AIDS prevention and control in colleges and universities.Methods The cluster random sampling method was used to conduct the anonymous self-administered questionnaire survey on 825 fresh students in a university of Chongqing city by the self-made questionnaire.Results Among 825 fresh students,only 17.5%of respondents thought that they fully mastered the knowledge about STD and AIDS,moreover there was statistically significant difference between different genders(χ2=10.009,P=0.002).At present,the knowledge of STD and AIDS among fresh students mainly comes from the mass media such as television,newspaper and radio,however,few of them came from parental education or self-learning,telephone consulting was the least way.98.3%of fresh students thought that the university should start to carry out the STD and AIDS health education from the first year of university and hoped to obtain the related knowledge from the ways of special lecture,volunteer publicity,classroom education,network,WeiChat.73.0%of fresh students expressed that they would conduct the professional consultation and testing through regular medical institutions when they were troubled by STD or AIDS.Conclusion The demand and willingness of the fresh students in a university of Chongqing to receive the STD and AIDS health education and counseling test in schools are relatively high,the colleges and universities should pay attention to the diversification of health education forms,improve the comprehensive prevention and control ability.
