摘 要:二维(2D)本征铁磁金属材料由于其铁磁性和金属性的特殊结合,为研究自旋电子学器件提供了前所未有的机会,并提供了有前途的器件应用。采用自旋-轨道耦合密度泛函理论(DFT)、蒙特卡罗(MC)模拟等方法,探索了CeGe_(2)单层在室温下的力、热和机械稳定性,以及电子性质和磁性。研究结果表明:CeGe_(2)单层是一种铁磁金属材料,基于海森堡模型,发现CeGe_(2)具有较高的居里温度,表明CeGe_(2)单层在自旋电子器件领域有潜在的应用。Two-dimensional(2D)intrinsic ferromagnetic metal materials offer unprecedented opportunities to study spintronics devices and promising device applications due to their special combination of ferromagnetic and gold properties.In this paper,we use spin-orbit coupled density functional theory(DFT)and Monte Carlo(MC)simulations to explore the mechanical,thermal and mechanical stability,as well as the electronic properties and magnetic properties of CeGe_(2) monolayers at room temperature.The results show that CeGe_(2) monolayer is a ferromagnetic metal material.Based on the Heisenberg model,it is found that CeGe_(2) monolayer has a high Curie temperature,which indicates that CeGe_(2) monolayer has a potential application in the field of spintronic devices.
