摘　　要：膈肌(diaphragm)是分隔胸腔与腹腔的一种肌肉-纤维结构,是人体重要的呼吸肌,以收缩和舒张的形式做功。膈肌功能障碍(diaphragm dysfunction,DD)在重症患者中非常常见,是导致呼吸衰竭、脱机困难、监护室住院时间延长的主要原因之一。膈肌超声因其简单、方便、可重复及无损害的优势,被广泛应用于重症患者的膈肌功能监测,在呼吸机使用策略、脱机拔管等治疗过程中起到重要作用。The Diaphragm is a muscle-fiber structure that separates the thoracic and abdominal cavity,it is an important respiratory muscle of the human body,which works in the form of contraction and relaxation.Diaphragm dysfunction(DD)is very common in critically ill patients,it is one of the leading causes of respiratory failure,difficulty of going offline,and prolonged hospital stays in intensive care units.Because of its simplicity,convenience,repeatability and no damage,diaphragm ultrasound is widely used in the monitoring of diaphragmatic function in critically ill patients,and plays an important role in the treatment process of ventilator use strategy and offline extubation.
