摘　　要：目的:探讨涎腺多形性腺瘤术后复发的CT、MR影像特征。方法:选取广州中医药大学第一附属医院2015年1月—2022年3月收治的发生在头颈部涎腺的多形性腺瘤术后复发患者27例,回顾性分析患者的影像学表现。结果:多形性腺瘤术后复发灶具有多发性,CT多呈等密度,T_(1)WI呈稍低信号,T_(2)WI呈稍高信号,增强扫描呈不均匀强化,可合并囊变、坏死、钙化以及周围结构侵犯。结论:CT、MR能对复发肿瘤定位、范围及周围组织的侵犯进行评价,降低术后多次复发的概率。Objective To detect the imaging findings of CT and MR in pleomorphic adenoma postoperative recurrence of salivary gland.Methods A total of 27 patients with postoperative recurrence of pleomorphic adenomas in the salivary glands of the head and neck who were admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2015 to March 2022 were selected,and the imaging findings of the patients were retrospectively analyzed.Results Postoperative recurrent lesions of pleomorphic adenoma are multiple,usually shown as isodensity on CT,slightly low signal on T_(1)WI,slightly high and high on T_(2)WI,and uneven enhancement,also can be associated with cystic degeneration,necrosis,calcification and invasion of surrounding structures.Conclusion CT,MR are helpful to evaluate the location,scope and invasion of surrounding tissue,which can reduce the probability of recurrence after surgery.
