摘　　要：高山病是高海拔地区散发流行的一种非传染性疾病,主要是因为牛由低海拔向高海拔过渡过程中,氧气供给不足造成心肺功能障碍为主、泌尿系统障碍的一种疾病。高山病单纯使用西药进行治疗难以取得很好的治疗效果,患病牛会表现为心率衰竭在短时间内就会死亡,在进行高山病诊断和防控过程中,需采用中西医结合的理论,采用中西结合手段达到标本兼治的效果,如此在短时间内控制病情。Mountain sickness is a non-communicable disease that spreads in high altitude areas.It is mainly caused by insufficient oxygen supply in the transition process from low altitude to high altitude in cattle.It is difficult to achieve good therapeutic effects for mountain sickness by simply using western medicine.The sick cow will manifest as heart rate failure and die in a short time.Therefore,in the diagnosis and prevention and control of mountain sickness,it is necessary to adopt a combination of Chinese and Western medicine.According to the theory,the combination of Chinese and Western methods is used to achieve the effect of treating both the symptoms and the root causes,so that the disease can be controlled in a short time.
