摘　　要：随着我国水利工程标准化进程的加快,水利标准的数量和质量不断提升,参与标准编制的人员队伍不断扩大。编制人员对编制程序及各阶段工作注意事项的了解不深入,将引发编写质量差、标准进度滞后等问题。本文围绕水利标准编制管理办法修订、编制程序及注意事项开展了探讨,可为相关人员提供参考。With the acceleration of the standardization process of water conservancy projects in China,the quantity and quality of water conservancy standards have been continuously improved,and the team of personnel participating in the preparation of standards has continued to expand.The lack of in-depth understanding of the compilation procedures and the precautions for each stage of work will lead to problems such as poor compilation quality and lag in standard progress.This paper discusses the revision of the water conservancy standard compilation management method,compilation procedures and matters needing attention,which can provide reference for relevant personnel.
