摘　　要：党中央、国务院印发的《海南自由贸易港建设总体方案》提出,要将海南建成高水平自由贸易港,在贸易自由便利等方面给予了一系列利好政策。在“海南自贸港建设”与“双高计划”背景下,重点服务海南自由贸易港建设的海南经贸职业技术学院国际经济与贸易专业群迎来发展的新机遇,结合海南新商贸人才供给侧和自由贸易产业需求侧结构要素全方位要求,从国际经济与贸易专业群的组群逻辑、建设目标和主要举措等方面进行探索,以期为自由贸易港建设提供更全面的新商贸人才供给和行业服务供给。The Overall Schemes for the Construction of Hainan Free Trade Ports issued by the Party Central Committee and the State Council proposes to build Hainan into a high-level free trade port,giving a series of favorable policies in terms of trade freedom and convenience.Under the background of“the Construction of Hainan Free Trade Port”and“Construction Plans for High-level Vocational Schools and Majors with Chinese Characteristics”,the international economics and trade professionals of Hainan College of Economics and Business,which focuses on serving the construction of Hainan Free Trade Port,has new development opportunities.Combined with the all-round requirements of the supply side of Hainan’s new business talents and the demand-side structural factors of the free trade industry,this paper explores the group logic,construction objectives and main measures of the international economic and trade professional groups,to provide a more comprehensive supply of new business talents and industry services for the construction of free trade ports.
