环渤海区域合作政策的变迁及发展——基于三十年来的政策文本量化分析

摘　　要：新发展格局下,习近平总书记倡导“以国内大循环为主体,国内国际双循环相互促进”的发展战略。环渤海地区作为我国三大经济发展区域之一,是促进国内外大循环的主要载体和枢纽,将为加快建设全国统一大市场提供有力支撑。我们以1986—2020年环渤海区域合作政策为分析样本,对文本数量、文本类型、文本主题、文本关键词共现以及合作政策的演进特征等进行详细分析,并据此为“十四五”时期持续完善环渤海区域政策体系提出建设性建议。Under the new development pattern,general secretary of CPC XI Jinping advocated the development strategy of “taking the domestic cycle as the main body,and the domestic and international dual cycles promoting each other”. As one of the three major economic development regions in our country,the Bohai Rim region is the main carrier and hub for promoting the domestic and foreign circulation,and will provide strong support for accelerating the construction of a unified national market. This paper takes the Bohai Rim regional cooperation policy from 1986 to 2020 as an analysis sample,and conducts a detailed analysis of the number of texts,text types,text topics,text keyword co-occurrence,and the evolution characteristics of cooperation policies,etc. And then,we will continue to improve the Bohai Rim regional policy system and put forward constructive suggestions.
