摘 要:有机闪蒸循环是一种新型动力循环,其吸热过程[火用]损小,但由于循环中的低压节流阀存在较大节流损失,为减少循环[火用]损和改善系统性能,文中构建一种新构型-有机闪蒸朗肯循环(OFRC)。采用R600/R245fa混合物为循环工质,200℃地热水为热源,研究工质组分变化对OFRC系统最优闪蒸压力、工质质量流量、吸热量、净输出功率、热效率、[火用]效率的影响,并揭示各循环部件的[火用]损占比。结果表明:当R600/R245fa混合物的摩尔比为0.5/0.5时,OFRC系统的净输出功、热效率、[火用]效率最大,分别为146.39 kW、21.51%、80.94%,比OFC系统高出98.2 kW、14.43%、54.3%;OFRC系统中的双加热器能有效减小吸热过程的损失,当R600摩尔分数为0.5时,其加热器[火用]损仅占7.94%,而OFC系统加热器[火用]损占比为27.42%,在各循环部件中,冷凝器[火用]损占比最大,在OFRC系统中可达46.22%。The organic flash cycle is a novel power cycle with small exergy loss in the endothermic process.However,the low-pressure throttle valve in the cycle has a large throttling loss.In order to reduce the cycle exergy loss and improve the system performance,a new configuration-organic flash Rankine cycle(OFRC)was constructed.Using R600/R245fa mixture as circulating working fluid and 200℃geothermal water as the heat source,the effects of the change of working fluid composition on the optimal flash pressure,working fluid mass flow,heat absorption,net output power,thermal efficiency and exergy efficiency of OFRC system were studied,and the proportion of exergy loss of each cycle component was revealed.The results show that when the molar ratio of the R600/R245fa mixture is 0.5/0.5,the net output work,thermal efficiency and exergy efficiency of the OFRC system are maximal,which are 146.39 kW,21.51%and 80.94%,respectively,which are 98.2 kW,14.43%and 54.3%higher than OFC system.The dual heaters in the OFRC system can effectively reduce the loss of the endothermic process.When the R600 molar fraction is 0.5,the exergy loss of the heater only accounts for 7.94%,while the exergy loss of the OFC system heater is 27.42%.Among the various cycle components,the condenser exergy loss accounts for the largest proportion,which can reach 46.22%in the OFRC system.
