数字经济发展对企业风险承担能力的影响研究——基于政府知识产权保护与企业研发支出的调节效应

摘　　要：基于政府知识产权保护与企业研发支出视角,分析数字经济发展对企业风险承担能力的影响机理与作用机制。主要选择2016—2020年的330家上市高新技术企业作为研究对象,形成1650个平衡数据面板,进行实证分析。研究结果表明:数字经济发展有助于提升企业风险承担能力,政府知识产权保护可以积极调节数字经济发展与企业风险承担能力关系。同时,企业研发支出过量会消极抑制数字经济发展与企业风险承担能力关系。因此,未来应该大力发展数字经济,强化政府知识产权保护,并引导企业避免过量研发支出,从而提升企业风险承担能力,促进经济高质量发展。This paper analyzes the mechanisms and effects of digital economy on the risk-taking capability of enterprises in terms of government intellectual property(IP)protection and corporate R&D investments.330 listed high-tech enterprises from 2016 to 2020 were selected as research subjects,forming 1678 balanced sample data.Survey results indicate that digital economy enhances the risk-taking capacity of enterprises and that government IP protection positively moderates the relationship between digital economy and the risk-taking capacity of enterprises.However,excessive corporate R&D investments negatively inhibit the relationship between digital economy and enterprise risk-taking.Governments should in the future vigorously develop digital economy,strengthen government IP protection,deter enterprises from spending excessively on R&D investments,so as to help improve their risk-taking capacity and promote high-quality development.
