摘　　要：总结李曰庆教授从虚瘀论治勃起功能障碍(ED)的临床经验。认为虚瘀病机在男科疾病中普遍存在,瘀血阻络是ED核心病机,并贯穿ED始终,肾虚是ED发病内在趋势,虚瘀相互影响,共同致病。临证治疗以活血通络、燮理阴阳为要,倡导本病治疗全程应用活血化瘀药物,并根据患者病情配伍补肾滋阴、疏肝解郁之品,因人制宜,阴阳同调,中西融合,提高临床疗效。This paper summarized the clinical experience of LI Yueqing in treating erectile dysfunction(ED)from the theory of deficiency and stasis.Just as deficiency and blood stasis are prevalent in male diseases,blood stasis obstructing the collaterals is the core pathogenesis of ED,which runs throughout the whole process.Kidney deficiency is the internal trend of ED,and the mutual influence of deficiency and stasis finally leads to the disease.The core strategy of treatment is to invigorate blood and unblock collaterals,regulate and harmonize yin-yang.Bloodinvigorating and stasis-dissolving medicine should be used throughout the whole process,and those having the function of supplementing kidney and enriching yin,soothing the liver and resolving constraint could be added as to the condition and symptoms.With the individualized treatment strategy,which regulates yin and yang simultaneously and integrates traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,the therapeutic effect can be ensured and improved.
