摘  要:对超高纯金属锌的制备现状及应用进展进行了综述,将制备高纯金属锌的电解精炼法、真空蒸馏法、区域熔炼法三种主要工艺进行了比较。之后通过将三种方法相结合实现分级多步联合法提纯的方式制备出7N级以上超高纯锌,效果显著。7N级超高纯锌是微电子、光电子器件、半导体掺杂和生物医药制备不可或缺的关键基础材料,开发超高纯锌制备技术对我国半导体产业、核工业和痕量检测技术的发展也有着重大意义。In the text,the preparation status and application progress of ultra-high purity metal zinc have been reviewed,while three main processes for preparing ultra-high purity metal zinc,namely electrolytic refining,vacuum distillation and regional smelting have been compared.After that,the ultra-high purity zinc above 7N grade has been prepared by combining the three methods to achieve multi-step combined purification with remarkable effect.The 7N grade ultra-high purity zinc is an indispensable key basic material for microelectronics,optoelectronic devices,semiconductor doping and biomedical preparation.The development of ultra-high purity zinc preparation technology is also of great significance for the development of China's semiconductor industry,nuclear industry and trace detection technology.
