摘  要:定子屏蔽套作为第三代先进核电技术AP1000屏蔽电机主泵关键部件,如果屏蔽套发生结构失稳,会导致严重的核电事故,故提升其结构稳定性工程意义重大,由于考虑电磁损耗和核主泵整体装配,不宜通过变动结构尺寸来提升其结构稳定性。从激光材料改性角度提高屏蔽套结构稳定性,采用模拟与试验结合的方法探究不同工艺参数和加工工艺对实验室模拟屏蔽套圆筒结构稳定性的影响,并分析材料改性提升屏蔽套结构稳定性的机理,计算预测材料改性对真实尺寸定子屏蔽套结构稳定性的提升效果。研究发现,激光改性通过细化晶粒和第二相析出增强模拟屏蔽套圆筒结构稳定性,并得到现有实验条件下最优改性工艺方案:功率150W,扫描速度120mm/min,道次间隔3mm,光斑直径2mm,周向加工方式。局部稳定性试验与模拟结果基本吻合,验证了改性屏蔽套结构稳定性模拟计算方法的可行性。周向激光改性前后定子屏蔽套真实尺寸模型的屈曲临界载荷由2290.4Pa提升至2582.4Pa。As a key component of the third generation of advanced nuclear power technology AP1000 canned motor main pump,if the shield casing is structurally unstable,it will lead to a serious nuclear power accident,so it is of great significance to improve its structural stability.Considering electromagnetic loss and the overall assembly of the nuclear main pump,it is not easy to improve its structural stability by changing the structural size.From the perspective of laser material modification,the structural stability of the shielding sleeve has been improved,while the influence of different process parameters and processing technologies on the structural stability of the laboratory simulated shielding sleeve cylinder has been explored by combining simulation and experiment.Meanwhile,the mechanism of material modification has been analyzed to improve the structural stability of the shielding sleeve,while the effect of material modification on the structural stability of the real size stator shielding sleeve has been calculated and predicted.It is found that by the research that the laser modification enhances the structural stability of the simulated shielding sleeve cylinder by refining the grains and precipitating the second phase,and obtains the optimal modification process scheme under the existing experimental conditions:power 150 W,scanning speed 120 mm/min,pass interval 3 mm,spot diameter 2 mm,circumferential processing mode.The local stability test is basically consistent with the simulation results,which verifies the feasibility of the simulation calculation method of the structural stability of the modified shielding sleeve.The buckling critical load of the real size model of the stator shielding sleeve before and after the circumferential laser modification has been increased from 2290.4 Pa to 2582.4 Pa.
