摘  要:介绍一种水轮机产品组芯造型披缝解决方法,以设计时增加砂芯对接间隙尺寸,砂芯组对后使用树脂砂封堵缝隙的方式,解决以往水轮机组芯造型过程中由于缝隙过大,导致铸件浇注过程中钢液溢出形成批缝的问题,实现铸件安全高质量生产。A solution for core assembly molding seam of hydraulic turbine products has been introduced.By increasing the size of sand core butt joint gap during design and using resin sand to seal the gap after the core assembly,the problem that the liquid steel overflows during casting due to excessive gap in the core molding process of hydraulic turbine units in the past has been solved and the effect of safe and high-quality production of castings has been realized.
