摘　　要：从铸件清理全流程出发,综合分析铸件损伤类型、特点、原因,并从铸件浇冒口设计、造型、清理三方面提出对策:提高操作者质量意识、优化清理方式与工具、优化造型过程、优化铸件浇冒口结构等,以此来降低铸件清理损伤率。Starting from the whole process of casting cleaning,the types,characteristics and causes of casting damage have been comprehensively analyzed,while the countermeasures have been proposed from the three aspects of casting gate and riser design,modeling and cleaning:improving operator's quality awareness,optimizing cleaning methods and tools,optimizing modeling process,optimizing casting gate and riser structure,etc.Thus in this way,the damage rate of casting cleaning has been reduced.
