摘  要:在研究上引连铸铜杆对铜原料质量要求的基础上,分析了利用哈铜原料上引连铸铜杆的缺陷,优化了哈铜原料最佳配料比,摸索出了最佳熔炼和上引温度,确定了最佳连铸速度和冷却强度,改进了木炭烘烤工艺,生产的无氧铜杆合格率高,缺陷少,生产成本低。Based on the research of the quality requirements for copper raw materials for the up drawn continuous casting copper rod,the defects of the up drawn continuous casting copper rod using the raw materials of Kazakhstan Copper Corporation have been analyzed.The optimal burden ratio of the raw materials of Kazakhstan Copper Corporation has been optimized,while the optimal melting and up drawn temperatures have been found.The optimal continuous casting speed and cooling intensity have been determined,while the charcoal baking process has been improved.The oxygen free copper rod produced has high qualification rate,fewer defects,and low production cost.
