摘　　要：论述了铸造虚拟仿真技术对于铸造专业人才培养的重要性和必要性,介绍了铸造虚拟仿真软件在工程实践中的一些应用,给出了在砂型铸造、消失模铸造实践过程中采用MAGMA软件的模拟,并进行缺陷分析的优化实例。The importance and necessity of the casting virtual simulation technology for the training of casting professionals have been discussed.Some applications of the casting virtual simulation software in engineering practice has been introduced.The simulation of using MAGMA software in sand casting and EPC casting practice has been put forward.The optimization example of defect analysis has been conducted.
