摘 要:外挂墙板对装配式钢结构连接节点的受力性能至关重要。基于现有工程外挂墙板连接节点做法,提出了一种新型连接节点。利用ABAQUS有限元软件,针对典型工程案例,对现有工程节点与新型节点分别建立4种不同外挂墙板型式的模型。对模型施加地震荷载,对比分析不同节点的受力情况及结构动力特性。研究结果表明:相较于现有工程节点,含新型节点的4种分析模型自振周期均低于对应现有节点模型的自振周期,其对应连接节点均处于弹性状态且受力性能优异;新型节点模型有更好的变形能力,同一位置处其节点位移最大减小4.63%,应变最大减小99.34%;新型节点模型的抗侧移刚度为现有工程节点模型结构抗侧移刚度的1.53倍。As an important part of the assembled steel structure,the mechanical performance of the connection joints between the external wall panel and the steel structure is very important.Based on the improvement and optimization of the existing method of connecting the external wall panel,a new type of connecting node is proposed.Based on ABAQUS finite element software and typical engineering cases,four different types of external wall panel models are established for existing engineering nodes and new nodes.Seismic load was applied to the numerical model,and the stress conditions of different nodes and their dynamic characteristics were compared and analyzed.The results show that:compared with the existing engineering nodes,the four analysis models including the new node show that the corresponding connecting nodes are in elastic state and have excellent mechanical performance.The new node has better deformation ability.The maximum displacement and strain of the node at the same position are reduced by 4.63%and 99.34%respectively.The overall lateral stiffness of the structure with the new node is larger,and its anti-lateral stiffness is 1.53 times that of the structure with the existing engineering node.
