公交都市理念下城市公交规划在济南的实践

摘　　要：公交都市理念被认为是当代城市公共交通规划的重要指导思想。以公交都市理念指导下的济南市城市公交线网分级规划为例,从可达性、公平性、一体化、协调性几个方面分析快速公交主导的客运走廊结构特点。探讨了城市公交线网分级规划的一般方法及预估成果,为城市利用公共交通调控城市发展提供借鉴和启发。The concept of public transit metropolis weighs considerably in guiding contemporary urban public transit planning.Taking Jinan as an example,this paper probes the hierarchical planning of urban public transit system under the concept of public transit metropolis.The structural characteristics of BRT dominated passenger transit corridor are analyzed from the aspects of accessibility,fairness,integration and coordination.This paper further discusses the general methods and predicted results of the hierarchical planning of urban public transit system,and provides reference and inspiration for cities to deploy public transit to regulate urban development.
