摘  要:介绍了哈尔滨汽轮机厂有限责任公司的宽负荷小焓降叶片技术,并列举了其在典型机组中的应用。宽负荷小焓降叶片在开发阶段经过大量数值计算分析和试验验证,综合考虑了气体动力学、强度振动、机械完整性和加工制造装配等诸多因素。将该技术应用于汽轮机组,机组的气动性能得到了显著提升,叶片在各运行工况下均能保持安全稳定运行。This paper introduces the technical characteristics of wide load and small enthalpy drop blade of Harbin Turbine Company.,Ltd.,and lists its application in typical units.In the development stage of wide load and small enthalpy drop blade,after a large number of numerical calculation analysis and experimental verification,many factors such as aerodynamics,strength vibration,mechanical integrity,processing,manufacturing and assembly are comprehensively considered.When the technology is applied to the steam turbine unit,the aerodynamic performance of the unit has been significantly improved,and the blade can maintain safe and stable operation under all operating conditions.
