摘 要:蒸汽在汽轮机级内进行能量转换过程中,会对汽轮机的动叶片产生周向和轴向的推力,并且在汽轮机级变工况时推力大小会发生变化,从而导致汽轮机的做功能力和轴向推力发生变化。以某300MW汽轮机高中压缸动叶为例,计算了动叶结构参数和热力参数改变时动叶受到的汽流力的大小,得到了汽轮机变工况时汽流力随级的结构参数和热力参数的变化规律,计算结果可为汽轮机组变工况运行时分析级安全性提供依据。In the process of energy conversion in the turbine stages,the steam will produce circumferential and axial thrust on the moving blades of the turbine,and under different working conditions,the thrust will be changed,resulting in changes in the power capacity and axial thrust of the turbine.Taking a 300MW steam turbine as an example,the flow forces of moving blades in high and intermediate pressure cylinders are calculated when structure parameters and thermodynamic parameters are changed,the variation laws of steam flow force with structural and thermodynamic parameters are obtained when the turbine is under different working conditions,the calculation results for the operation of the steam turbine unit operation mode,which provides the basis for analysis level security.
