从调肝理肺法论治干燥综合征

摘　　要：原发性干燥综合征属于中医学“燥痹”的范畴,外燥、内燥相合导致的津液不足或津液疏布失常为本病的主要病机。燥邪致病,以肝肺二脏为主要病变脏腑,在治疗时当以调肝理肺法为治疗核心。根据燥郁气、燥伤津、燥成毒的不同病机,可分别选用玄麦甘桔汤合柴胡疏肝散以畅达肺气、疏肝理气,二至丸合沙参麦冬汤以养血柔肝、益阴润肺,五味消毒饮以解毒清燥、祛邪安正。Primary Sjogren’s syndrome(pSS)belongs to the category of"dryness bi(痹)"in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and the main pathogenesis is inadequate body fluids or abnormal body fluids distribution caused by external and internal dryness.Liver and lung are the main affected zang-fu(脏腑)organs when invaded by dryness,so the core of treatment is regulating liver and lung.According to the different pathogenesis that dryness contraining qi,dryness damaing fluid and dryness transforming into toxin,Xuanmai Ganju Decoction(玄麦甘桔汤)combined with Chaihu Shugan Powder(柴胡疏肝散)can be used to regulate lung qi,soothe the liver and rectify qi,while Erzhi Pills(二至丸)plus Shashen Maidong Decoction(沙参麦冬汤)is suggested to nourish blood and soften the liver,boost yin and moisten the lung,and Wuwei Xiaodu Beverage(五味消毒饮)to resolve toxins and clear dryness,dispel pathogen and reinforce healthy qi.
