摘　　要：教育信息化建设是中国高等院校高质量、可持续发展的重要手段。为了能够客观真实地对高校教育信息化建设水平进行科学评估,根据自身高校工作经历,从国家政策背景出发阐述了研究的重要意义,着重介绍了系统理论和系统评估理论的内涵。同时,通过确定指标体系构建原则、指标选取及确定、指标权重计算等流程,构建了高校教育信息化建设评价指标体系,为有效助力高校教育信息化建设水平提升奠定了理论基础。The construction of educational informatization is an important tool for the high-quality and sustainable development of higher education institutions in China.In order to make an objective and realistic scientific assessment of the level of education informatization construction in colleges and universities,the author,based on his own work experience in colleges and universities,elaborates the significance of the study from the national policy background and highlights the connotation of system theory and system evaluation theory.At the same time,through the process of determining the principles of index system construction,index selection and determination,and index weight calculation,the evaluation index system of university education informatization construction is constructed,which lays a theoretical foundation for effectively helping to improve the level of university education informatization construction.
