摘　　要：双侧声带粘连可引起患者声音嘶哑、呼吸不畅甚至喉梗阻等症状,如何防治是喉科医师面临的难题。硅胶膜缝合植入是目前防治声带粘连最主要和最有效的方法。本文结合国内外文献以及自己团队的研究成果,探讨硅胶膜缝合防治声带粘连的具体方法和技术以及其他防治方法的研究进展,为广大喉科医师的临床工作提供参考与借鉴。The glottic web can cause hoarseness,dyspnea and even laryngeal obstruction,which is difficult to prevent and treat effectively for laryngologists.Currently,endoscopic keel placement is still the most widely-used and effective approach for the prevention and treatment of the glottic web.In this paper,based on the references and our clinic experience,we share the detailed methods and techniques for endoscopic keel placement,as well as other progress on the prevention and treatment of the glottic web in order to provide reference for the clinical practice for the laryngologists.
