摘  要:对火力发电厂烟气脱硫石膏中9种主次量元素建立熔融制样-X射线荧光光谱法进行测定,且对熔融制样条件采取正交试验进行优化。把样品和偏硼酸锂与四硼酸锂混合熔剂按照1∶8的质量比进行混合,经过熔融、冷却之后得到玻璃样品,在XRFS下进行测定。校准曲线绘制以各元素氧化物质量分数为横坐标,对象X射线荧光强度为纵坐标,结果显示,各元素氧化物线性相关系数都在0.99以上,检出限在0.01%~0.06%之间。两次测定的样品之间的差值小于国家标准的重复性限,该方法重复性较好,准确度较高。Nine major and minor elements in FGD gypsum of thermal power plant were determined by melting sample preparation X-ray fluorescence spectrometry,and the melting sample preparation conditions were optimized by orthogonal test.Mix the sample and the mixed flux of lithium metaborate and lithium tetraborate in a mass ratio of 1:8,and obtain a glass sample after melting and cooling.Determine it under XRFS.The calibration curve is drawn with the mass fraction of each element oxide as the ordinate,and the X-ray fluorescence intensity of the object as the ordinate.The results show that the linear correlation coefficient of each element oxide is above 0.99,and the detection limit is between 0.01%and 0.06%.The difference between the two measured samples should be less than the repeatability limit of the national standard,so it can be concluded that this method has good repeatability,and the results are basically consistent with the national standard,indicating that the accuracy of this method is high.
