摘　　要：随着目前工业的快速发展,对生产过程样品的控制需要及时快速的分析。在线质谱仪是一种工业过程在线分析的先进设备,通过对被测试样离子质荷比的测定快速进行质谱分析。文章叙述了美国Extrel质谱仪的测量原理、特点及在中煤甲醇项目中的应用情况。With the rapid development of the current industry,the production process of sample control needs timely and rapid analysis.On-line mass spectrometer is an advanced equipment for on-line analysis ofindustrial processes.It can be used for rapid mass spectrometry analysis by measuring the ion mass charge ratio of the tested sample.This paper describes the measuring principle,characteristics and application of Extrel mass spectrometer in medium coal methanol project in America.
