摘　　要：班前会是召开频次最高、参与人员最广、联系一线最紧密的会议,它是班组安全文化的催生地。文章以钢构建造场地为例,以“班前会评估”活动为抓手,以评估表的形式从“班前会地点、参与者、内容、沟通”四方面进行研究,并对如何通过提升班前会效率促进班组安全文化建设提出建议。The pre-shift meeting held the most frequent,the most extensive participants,the most close contact with the front line meeting,it is the team safety culture birthplace.This paper takes steel structure construction site as an example,takes the“pre-shift meeting evaluation”activity as the starting point,takes the form of the“pre-shift meeting location,participants,content and communication”,and puts forward suggestions on how to promote the construction of team safety culture by improving the efficiency of the pre-shift meeting.
