摘　　要：随着中国科学技术不断发展,煤化工业生产规模不断扩大,氧、氮、氨等相关气体产品的生产需求也不断增大,大型机组设备在各领域得到了广泛的应用和发展。文章结合现场实际工况,叙述了空气压缩机组、氮气压缩机组、氨制冷压缩机组在中煤鄂尔多斯能源化工有限公司的应用及机组控制系统所采用的自动调节性能优化的策略及改进方案,用具体数据来说明机组投入自动调节,进行性能优化的优点和重要性。With the continuous development of science and technology in China,the production scale of coal chemical industry is constantly expanding,and the production demand of oxygen,nitrogen,ammonia and other related gas products is also constantly increasing.Large-scale unit equipment has been widely used and developed in various fields.Combined with the actual working conditions on site,the application of air compressor unit,nitrogen compressor unit and ammonia refrigeration compressor unit in China Coal Erdos Energy and Chemical Co.,Ltd.,the strategy and improvement scheme of automatic adjustment performance optimization adopted by the unit control system are described,and the advantages and importance of automatic adjustment and performance optimization of the unit are illustrated with concrete data.
