促进我国区域经济平衡发展的路径与模式

摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国经济取得了举世瞩目的成就。然而由于社会经济的高质量发展,我国社会的主要矛盾也发生了变化,人民日益增长的美好生活需要与不平衡不充分发展的矛盾成为社会的主要矛盾。为了推动我国各区域经济的平衡发展,有效解决区域经济发展的不平衡问题,必须全方位地分析我国区域经济发展不平衡的表现以及深层次地剖析掣肘我国区域经济平衡发展的原因,在紧密结合国家总体战略部署和发展规划的基础上,把深化区域间合作促进要素有序流动作为区域经济发展的重点,打造平衡发展新模式,最终在全国范围内实现区域经济平衡发展。Since the reform and opening up,China′s economy has made remarkable achievements.However,due to the high-quality development of the social economy,the main contradiction in the society has also changed. The contradiction between people′s growing need for a better life and unbalanced and insufficient development have become the main one in society. In order to promote the balanced development of the nation′s regional economy and effectively solve the problem of unbalanced regional economic development,it is necessary to comprehensively analyze the performance of the nation′s unbalanced regional economic development and deeply analyze the reasons that hinder the balanced development. On the basis of the country′s overall strategic arrangement and development plan,deepening inter-regional cooperation and promoting the orderly flow of factors should be the focus of regional economic development. It should also create a new model and ultimately achieve balanced regional economic development across the country.
