摘　　要：目的:研究多学科诊疗团队(MDT)在基层医院头面部创伤急诊中发挥的临床效果。方法:选取2021年4-12月四川省成都市温江区人民医院收治的100例头面部创伤患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组。对照组49例,给予头面部创伤常规急诊模式治疗;观察组51例,接受MDT治疗。比较两组患者的急诊时间和治疗效果。结果:观察组急诊的接收时间、预检时间、医生到诊时间、手术室外停留时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:头面部创伤不仅威胁患者的生命安全,还影响患者的面貌,若不能在短时间内进行有效救治,预后效果较差。基层医院应当基于MDT理念,为头面部创伤患者建立MDT,提高患者治疗效果。Objective:To study the clinical effect of multidisciplinary team(MDT)in the emergency treatment of head and face trauma in primary hospitals.Methods:A total of 100 patients with head and face trauma admitted to Wenjiang District People's Hospital in Chengdu from April 2021 to December 2021 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group(n=49)received routine emergency treatment for head and face trauma,and the observation group(n=51)received MDT treatment.The emergency time and treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The reception time,pre-examination time,doctor's arrival time and stay time outside operating room in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Head and face trauma will not only threaten the life safety of patients,but also affect the appearance of patients.If the patient cannot be treated effectively in a short time,the prognosis is poor.The primary hospitals should establish MDT for patients with head and face trauma based on the concept of MDT,so as to improve the treatment effect.
