摘　　要：目的:研究体重控制对延缓促性腺激素释放激素类似物(GnRHa)治疗性早熟儿童骨龄的效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2022年2月常熟市第二人民医院收治的40例性早熟儿童作为研究对象,均采用延缓GnRHa治疗和体重控制,根据治疗后体重增长差异分为观察组和对照组,分析两组身高、骨龄、体重指数(BMI)差值。结果:观察组身高、骨龄、BMI差值均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);以骨龄作为因变量,BMI、体重和身高作为自变量,进行单因素分析,BMI、体重、身高与骨龄呈正相关。结论:对于延缓GnRHa治疗的性早熟儿童进行体重控制,能改善骨龄进展,值得临床应用并予以推广。Objective:To study the effect of weight control on bone age of precocious puberty children treated with delayed gonadotropin-releasing hormone analog(GnRHa).Methods:A total of 40 children with precocious puberty who were treated in Changshu Second People's Hospital from January 2019 to February 2022 were selected as the study subjects and they were treated with delayed GnRHa treatment and weight control.According to the difference of weight gain after treatment,they were divided into observation group and control group.The height difference,bone age difference and body mass index(BMI)difference between the two groups were analyzed.Results:The height difference,bone age difference and BMI difference in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);Using bone age as dependent variable and BMI,weight and height as independent variables,univariate analysis showed that weight,height and BMI were positively correlated with bone age.Conclusion:Weight control in precocious puberty children treated with delayed GnRHa can improve the progress of bone age and deserve clinical application and promotion.
