冠心病患者应用银杏叶软胶囊辅助治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析冠心病患者采用银杏叶软胶囊辅助治疗的临床效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2020年12月荆州市第三人民医院收治的86例冠心病患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各43例。对照组进行常规冠心病治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予银杏叶软胶囊治疗。比较两组炎性因子水平[包括白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)]、氧化应激指标[包括超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)]、临床治疗效果、6 min步行距离、生活质量评分、冠状动脉血流峰值速度。结果:治疗前,两组IL-6、CRP、TNF-α、SOD、MDA水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组IL-6、CRP、TNF-α、MDA水平均低于对照组,观察组SOD水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组6 min步行距离、生活质量评分、冠脉血流峰值速度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组6 min步行距离、生活质量评分、冠脉血流峰值速度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:银杏叶胶囊能改善冠心病患者临床症状,有效抑制患者体内炎性反应,改善患者氧化应激水平,帮助患者恢复,提高患者生存质量,值得在临床应用并予以推广。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of ginkgo leaf soft capsule adjuvant therapy in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 86 patients with coronary heart disease treated in Jingzhou Third People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 43 patients in each group.The control group received conventional coronary heart disease therapy and the observation group received ginkgo leaf soft capsule on the basis of control group.The levels of inflammatory factors[including interleukin-6(IL-6),C-reactive protein(CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)],and oxidative stress indexes[including superoxide dismutase(SOD)and malondialdehyde(MDA)],clinical treatment effect,6 min walking distance,quality of life score and peak coronary flow velocity were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of IL-6,CRP,TNF-α,SOD and MDA between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,CRP,TNF-αand MDA in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the SOD levels in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there were no significant differences in 6 min walking distance,quality of life score,and peak coronary flow velocity between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the 6 min walking distance,quality of life score,and peak coronary flow velocity in the observation group were better than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ginkgo leaf soft capsule can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with coronary heart disease,effectively inhibit the inflammatory reaction,improve the level of oxidativ
