中药排气汤对妇科患者术后排气的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨中药排气汤对妇科患者术后排气的影响。方法:选取2019年10月-2021年10月锦州医科大学附属第三医院收治的80例进行广泛性全子宫切除术、双附件切除术、盆腔淋巴结清扫术患者作为研究对象。采取随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各40例。对照组术后采用常规西医护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上联合使用中药排气汤。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组术后肠鸣音恢复时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后首次排气时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后腹胀发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:接受妇科手术的患者,术后在常规干预的基础上应用中药排气汤,有利于促进术后胃肠道功能恢复,加快术后首次排气,降低术后腹胀发生率和严重程度,值得应用并予以推广。Objective:To investigate the influence of traditional Chinese medicine exhaust decoction on postoperative exhaust of gynecological patients.Methods:Eighty patients who received extensive total hysterectomy+bilateral adnexectomy+pelvic lymph node dissection in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Jinzhou Medical University from October 2019 to October 2021 were selected as the study subjects.All patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received conventional western medicine nursing intervention after surgery.On the basis of the control group,the observation group was additionally given traditional Chinese medicine exhaust decoction.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The postoperative recovery time of bowel sounds in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The first postoperative exhaust time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative abdominal distension in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients undergoing gynecological surgery,the application of traditional Chinese medicine exhaust decoction on the basis of conventional intervention is beneficial to promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function after surgery,accelerate the first postoperative exhaust,and reduce the incidence and severity of abdominal distension after surgery,which is worthy of application and popularization.
