摘　　要：目的:分析快速康复联合术后中药治疗对腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术后患者胃肠道功能的影响。方法:选取2019年1月-2022年1月苏州大学附属常州老年病医院收治的90例腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术患者为研究对象,按就诊号分为对照组和研究组,各45例。对照组实施常规围手术期治疗,研究组实施快速康复联合术后中药治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:研究组初次排气时间、首次进食时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、胃肠开始蠕动时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后3 h、6 h、12 h,研究组VAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:快速康复联合中药治疗腹腔镜腹股沟疝修补术患者,可缩短术后胃肠道功能恢复时间,降低并发症发生率,减轻患者疼痛感,提高患者满意度,值得推广。Objective:To analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation combined with postoperative traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)treatment on postoperative gastrointestinal function in patients undergoing laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair surgery.Methods:From January 2019 to January 2022,90 patients undergoing laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair surgery in Changzhou Geriatrics Hospital Affiliated to Soochow University were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into control group and study group according to the admission order,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional perioperative treatment,and the study group was treated with rapid rehabilitation combined with postoperative TCM treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The time of first exhaust,the time of first eating,the recovery time of bowel sounds,and the onset time of gastrointestinal peristalsis in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 3 h,6 h and 12 h after surgery,the VAS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rapid rehabilitation combined with TCM treatment in patients with laparoscopic inguinal hernia repair surgery can shorten the recovery time of gastrointestinal function after surgery,reduce the incidence of complications,reduce patients'pain,and improve patient satisfaction,which is worth promoting.
