自制体位支撑器在眼科玻切术后患者体位护理中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨自制体位支撑器在眼科玻切术后患者体位护理中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月-2022年2月湖北民族大学附属民大医院收治的100例行眼科玻切术患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组给予常规体位护理,观察组给予自制体位支撑器的体位护理。比较两组舒适度、体位护理效果、术后并发症发生率、术后视网膜再脱落发生率。结果:干预前,两组面部水肿、睡眠质量、呼吸情况、头晕头痛评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,观察组面部水肿、睡眠质量、呼吸情况、头晕头痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组日平均体位维持时间、日平均入睡时间短于对照组,头位偏移发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后6个月,观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后视网膜再脱落发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自制体位支撑器在眼科玻切术后患者体位护理中的应用效果显著,可提高患者舒适度、依从性,降低术后并发症发生率及视网膜脱落复发率。Objective:To investigate the application effect of self-made posture supporter in postural nursing of patients after ophthalmic vitrectomy.Methods:One hundred patients who underwent ophthalmic vitrectomy in the Minda Hospital of Hubei Minzu University between January 2019 and February 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 50 patients in each group.The control group received routine postural nursing,and the observation group received postural nursing with self-made posture supporter.The comfort level,postural nursing effect,incidence of postoperative complications and retinal redetachment were compared between the groups.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference between the two groups in facial edema,sleep quality,respiration,dizziness and headache scores(P>0.05);After intervention,the scores of facial edema,sleep quality,respiration,dizziness and headache in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The average daily body position maintenance time and average daily sleep time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the incidence of head position deviation was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).At 6 months after operation,the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The incidence of retinal redetachment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of self-made postural supporter in the postural nursing of patients after ophthalmic vitrectomy has significant effect,which can improve the comfort and compliance of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative complications and the recurrence rate of retinal detachment.
